Quote from a recent concert: Eileen exudes ease and enjoyment
Since 2002, I have conducted the Scottish Recorder Orchestra which meets monthly in Stirling.
On May 4th 2008, the Scottish Recorder Orchestra joined forces with the Dortmund Recorder Consort to play a programme of mostly modern music, composed by Eileen Silcocks, Steve Marshall and Dietrich Schnabel. This took place in Dortmund, and was repeated in October 2008, in Edinburgh.
At the beginning of 2007, I established and conducted a new chamber recorder orchestra, "Recorders Incorporated". This led to a highly successful concert, which was well received. There is a review of the concert in the Recorder Magazine. Recorders Incorporated will be performing again on January 4th, 2011, in Liverpool.

I conduct SRP and other groups around the UK and abroad. You can find out if I will be conducting somewhere near you by checking with your local branch.
I also teaches on a course for recorder conductors in Inzigkofen, Germany.
